Hi all you amazing strong mamas! I want to introduce myself so here it goes :)
I am a wifey, boy mama of one spunky toddler, fur mama of 2 rescue pups, a certified pre/postnatal fitness coach, and total lover of all thing’s health & wellness. Pre/post-natal fitness + creating healthy habits for life is my jam! I enjoy reading, learning, researching, and creating safe, effective, flexible but nourishing fitness routines for my own health. Once I had my little one, I was on the search for a mama fitness community. While searching for more mama + babe fitness classes, I came across Fit4Mom, joined stroller strides, loved it, and am now a certified instructor! It’s so nice I get to bring my little guy with me to workout so he can see the healthy habits I am creating plus both of us get to have fun and socialize while getting in a good sweat sesh with other strong mamas! As a Fit4Mom instructor, I take what I learn and share with mama’s who also want to gain more energy, feel strong, confident, and empowered to take control of their own fitness journey. I’m so happy to be apart of a supportive and fun mama village! In my spare time I love to explore with my little guy, go for hikes around the metro parks, play tennis with my husband, watch romantic comedies, snuggle my fur babes, hang with family/friends, drink smoothies, and dance!!
