PRENATAL WORKOUTS AND COMMUNITY FOR MOMS TO BE

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY® at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

FIT4MOM is the nation's leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, with all instructors certified in prenatal and postnatal fitness.

Our next 6 week session will be held Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30 pm starting on August 6th until September 10th. Class will be held at the Rocky River Recreation center in Studio Room 1.

In addition to the FIT4BABY workout, this session will offer "Ask the Expert" sessions after class (they are completely optional) for you to hear about topics you will come across in your pregnancy and motherhood journey and ask any questions that you might have to these knowledgeable and trusted professionals in our community.
