PRENATAL WORKOUTS AND COMMUNITY FOR MOMS TO BE
FIT4BABY® is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY® at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!
FIT4MOM is the nation's leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, with all instructors certified in prenatal and postnatal fitness.
NEXT FIT4BABY® 6-WEEK SESSION
Next Session: February 26- April 2 Wednesdays from 7pm-8pm
THE 6-WEEK SESSION INCLUDES:
- Once weekly in-person, 60-minute FIT4BABY workout in a small group format.
- One "flex" class option – a FIT4MOM class of your choice each week (Stroller Strides, Strides 360, and/or Body Ignite)
- Access to FIT4MOM On Demand FIT4BABY collection (on demand prenatal workouts)
- Access to guest speakers & specialists (examples include: lactation and feeding, prenatal physical therapy, pediatric physical therapy, pediatrics, maternal mental health, etc.). Speakers will be hosted in person after class.

- Weekly themes and educational content
- The opportunity to build connections with the instructor, other Mamas-to-be and your baby through the classes, group chats, our private online group, and meditations.
